Dynamic changes of earthworm intestinal flora Raw sequence reads

Two different kinds of earthworms were studied, and DS bacteria were inoculated respectively. After successful colonization, the toxic reactions under different cadmium stress time and cadmium stress concentration were further measured, and the changes of intestinal flora in different environments of the two earthworms were further measured to explore the interaction between earthworms and intestinal flora.
