Genomic and proteomic analyses of robust and poor chicken colonizing isolates of Campylobacter jejuni

The main goal of the study is to characterize good and poor C. jejuni chicken colonizers using various molecular methods. Genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic analyses of these isolates will help better understanding the role of different genetic factors associated with colonization in host such as chicken.
