Accelerometry, force platform, and heart rate data before and after a simulated military load carriage task

This is the raw data from a study assessed physiological, neuromuscular and biomechanical changes during and after a prolonged load carriage walk. Sixteen male soldiers performed a 12-km simulated military march with a 30kg loading carriage on a treadmill. Gait analysis, vertical jump, and Borg rating of perceived exertion (RPE) were evaluated pre- and post-march. Heart rate (HR) and pelvic accelerometry data were monitored during the beginning and end of the march.
