This repository contains the coded dataset, frame taxonomy (codebook), index formulas, and replication materials supporting the article: "When Messages Align but Meanings Diverge: Interpretive Coherence and Trust Gaps in Strategic Political Communication." The dataset includes coded variables for actor group, dominant frame, evaluative orientation, and call to action (CTA), covering 180 public messages related to the adoption of the NABU–SAPO law in Ukraine (July–August 2025). The repository contains coded variables and source URLs but does not include copyrighted full-text content.
