Genome-wide analysis of gene expression for NHLF after treatment with 10 ng/ml of IL-13

Normal human lung fibroblasts were stimulated by IL-13, and global gene expression profile was assessed by cDNA microarray For gene expression profiling, total RNA was extracted from NHLFs at 0, 1, 4, and 24 h after IL-13 stimulation using the miRNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen).
