是一个集成残留侦测技术、网络技术和地理信息技术,三元技术融合,达到国际先进水平的国家农药残留数据库。建立了基于高分辨质谱-互联网-数据科学三元融合技术(简称“三元融合技 术”)的农药残留侦测技术平台,包括网络联盟实验室、侦测结果数据库和 5 个基础数据 库、数据采集系统和数据智能分析系统。分布在全国各地的网络联盟实验室在其客户端将 农药残留的检测原始数量按统一模板通过网络上报至采集系统;采集系统对数据获取、信 息补充、衍生物合并、毒性分析,然后参照多国农药最大残留限量(MRL)进行污染等级 判定形成结果记录,存入检测结果数据库;数据智能分析系统根据用户的条件设定,读取 数据,并根据统计分析模型进行各项统计分析,生成图表,得出综合结论,然后将分析结 果返回网络联盟实验室的客户端。从而实现了 20—30 分钟自动生成图文并茂的农药残留侦 测报告,并可实现“一键下载”,其工作效能是传统方法不可能实现的。农药残留侦测数 据平台实现了食用农产品农药残留实时检测和数据的及时采集、管理和智能分析,并在短 时间内自动生成相关农药残留检测报告,从而为农药残留追根溯源、风险安全评估、农药 的科学管理与使用,提供实时在线服务。这是实现农药的科学施用,农产品农药残留安全 监管,落实民众“舌尖上安全”的一个有效快捷的好工具。
This is a national pesticide residue database that integrates residue detection technology, network technology and geographic information technology through three-in-one technology fusion, reaching international advanced levels. A pesticide residue detection technology platform has been established based on the three-way fusion technology of high-resolution mass spectrometry, internet and data science (abbreviated as "three-way fusion technology"). The platform comprises network alliance laboratories, a detection result database, 5 basic databases, a data collection system and an intelligent data analysis system. Network alliance laboratories distributed across the country submit the original pesticide residue detection data to the collection system via the network using a unified template through their client terminals. The collection system conducts data acquisition, information supplementation, derivative merging and toxicity analysis on the collected data, then determines the pollution level by referring to the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of pesticides from multiple countries to generate result records, which are stored in the detection result database. The intelligent data analysis system reads the stored data based on user-defined conditions, performs various statistical analyses using statistical models, generates charts, draws comprehensive conclusions, and returns the analysis results to the client terminals of the network alliance laboratories. Thereby, it can automatically generate illustrated pesticide residue detection reports within 20 to 30 minutes and support one-click download, a working efficiency that traditional methods cannot achieve. This pesticide residue detection data platform enables real-time detection of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products, as well as timely collection, management and intelligent analysis of related data, and automatically generates relevant pesticide residue detection reports in a short time. It thus provides real-time online services for tracing the source of pesticide residues, risk safety assessment, and scientific management and application of pesticides. This is an effective and efficient tool for realizing scientific application of pesticides, strengthening safety supervision of pesticide residues in agricultural products, and ensuring the food safety of the general public's daily meals.
