Cow raw milk samples were enriched with or without artificial contamination of eae-positive STEC strain of serotype O26:H11 and enriched either at 37C or 41.5C in BPW or acriflavine-supplemented BPW. Enriched artificially contaminated raw milk samples were sequenced using the Oxford Nanopore Technology MinION platform.
