Solanum lycopersicum Transcriptome of WT and SlSYTA silencing

Synaptobinding protein A (SYTA), known for its indispensable role in mammalian vesicle trafficking, has recently attracted the attention of plant biology for its potential regulatory function. This project is expected to investigate the involvement of Solanum lycopersicum SlSYTA in plant immunity.
