HT-SELEX data for three BEN DNA binding domain transcription factors (NACC1, NACC2, BEND3-BD4) associated with this study. Barcodes used in the experiments and the associated selection cycles are indicated in the filenames and in the metadata. E.g. NACC1_CC40NTGAGTAYWCA2_sig.seq.gz corresponds to a file with data for the second HT-SELEX selection cycle with a ligand that has CC+40BP of randomised sequence+TGAGTA on the other side. Besides these all ligands contained standard Illumina flanks. However, as recommended by ENA and SRA, the sequences contain only the randomised region.
