In order to further clarify the role of bacteria in pine wilt disease (PWD) ,the gene expression of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Pinus massoniana for 24 h inoculated with AA3, AA3 and GD2 was comparatively analyzed by transcriptome sequencing technology.CK group was the control group (Bursaphelenchus xylophilusAA3), T group was the treatment group (Bursaphelenchus xylophilus AA3 + bacteria GD2), and AG group (Pinus massoniana) was used to exclude the homologous genes of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Pinus massoniana.
