Large-eddy simulation dataset for the publication: "Accelerated Bayesian calibration and uncertainty quantification of RANS turbulence model parameters for stratified atmospheric boundary layer flows"

This large-eddy simulation dataset comprises 90 samples of 10-minute time-averaged profiles of atmospheric boundary layer statistics under three stability regimes: (1) truly neutral boundary layer (TNBL), (2) weakly stable boundary layer (SBLW), and (3) moderately stable boundary layer (SBLM). The simulations were performed using the incompressible flow solver PadeOps (https://github.com/Howland-Lab/PadeOps.git). The dataset is accompanied by a plotting script that (1) visualizes the vertical profiles of mean wind speed, wind direction, and turbulence kinetic energy, and (2) computes the sample skewness and kurtosis of these quantities to evaluate their deviation from Gaussianity.
