资源简介:

The rapid urbanization of Tashkent City has necessitated a strategic approach to urban forestry to mitigate the effects of the "urban heat island" (UHI) and improve air quality. This study evaluates the ecological efficiency and urban planning suitability of three distinct tree species: Ginkgo biloba L., Albizia julibrissin Durazz., and Pinus pallasiana Lamb. Through a comparative analysis of their physiological resilience, gas-exchange capabilities, and aesthetic integration, the research assesses their contribution to sustainable urban greening. Findings indicate that while Pinus pallasiana offers year-round carbon sequestration, Ginkgo biloba demonstrates superior resistance to industrial pollutants and high-temperature stress typical of the Aral Sea basin’s influence. Albizia julibrissin provides significant microclimatic cooling through high transpiration rates during peak summer months. The study concludes that a diversified planting strategy incorporating these species can enhance the ecological stability of Tashkent's urban landscape.
