Integration of the Drug-Gene Interaction Database (DGIdb 4.0) with open crowdsource efforts.

<strong>ABSTRACT </strong> It contains the data of drug targets (gene names), uniprot identifiers, secondary linked data sources (e.g., PharmGKB), market drug name, chembl identifier, and pubchem compound identifier obtained from DGIdb. <strong>Instructions: </strong> Data were cleaned and duplicates were removed. Data were all categorical features. <strong>Inspiration:</strong> This dataset uploaded to U-BRITE for "DRG_DEPOT" summer 2023 team project.
