miRNA expression in regenrated scales of Oncorhynchus mykiss

The regenerated scales of Oncorhynchus mykiss in fresh water, seawater and low-calcium seawater were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing technology, and the effects of different culture environments on miRNA expression in regenerated scales were analyzed to explore the mechanism of miRNA in the scale regeneration process.
