The fish-associated virus database (FVD) was created to facilitate further studies by providing comprehensive information on fish-associated viruses. In FVD, all information were manually collected from published literatures and records in GenBank database. The valuable information, such as fish family, fish genus, nucleotide type of virus, virus species, sampling time, location, and detect tissues are well curated.鱼类相关病毒数据库（fish-associated virus database，FVD）旨在通过提供全面的鱼类相关病毒信息，助力相关研究的深入开展。该数据库内的全部信息均由人工从已发表文献及GenBank数据库的记录中采集整理。其中收录的各类关键信息均经过严格规范的整理，涵盖鱼类科属、病毒核苷酸类型、病毒物种、采样时间、采样地点及检测组织等内容。
