Preliminary Year 1 Pre-Post Teacher Survey
收藏资源简介:
A pre- and post-implementation electronic survey was administered to participating teachers and administrators during Year 1 to assess their perceptions and experiences with Civic Science implementation. The survey measured teachers' confidence in implementing Civic Science concepts, the quality and usefulness of professional development, the frequency and effectiveness of classroom lesson activities, perceived student engagement and learning outcomes, and overall satisfaction with the program. Survey results were used to evaluate changes in teacher knowledge, instructional practices, and perceptions of the impact of Civic Science on student learning over the course of the project. Results from the Year 1 surveys served as an important component of the project's overall evaluation plan, providing evidence of implementation fidelity, educator growth, and the perceived effectiveness of Civic Science programming. The findings also established a baseline for future years of the project, enabling project staff to monitor trends over time, assess sustained implementation, and guide decisions regarding program expansion, resource allocation, and long-term sustainability.
