MODERN APPROACHES TO EARLY DETECTION AND PREVENTION OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Chronic kidney disease is a progressive disorder that may remain asymptomatic until advanced stages. Early detection and prevention are essential for reducing complications, delaying progression, and improving patient prognosis. This article analyzes modern approaches to screening, diagnosis, and prevention of chronic kidney disease. The findings show that estimation of glomerular filtration rate, albuminuria testing, blood pressure control, metabolic monitoring, and risk-based screening improve early identification of kidney dysfunction. Preventive strategies should focus on diabetes control, hypertension management, lifestyle modification, and nephroprotective therapy.
