Based on metagenomic assembly and binning analysis, this study revealed the distribution and diversity of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in tidal flats of Hainan Island and their hosts, analyzed the co-occurrence relationship of microbial communities and clarified the influence of environmental factors on ARGs.
