Targeted DNA sequencing was pefromed on glioma patient tumors (_B), patient-derived orthotopic xenografts (_X) derived in immunodeficient mice and PDOX-derived cell cultures (_C). The preceeding sample number indicates the patient association, whereas the following number inidcates mouse generation (X), passage number(C) or number of surgical samples (B) taken. Targeted sequencing was performed with a n adapted glioma-specific diagnostic panel (Sahm et al, Acta Neuropathologica 2016)
