Replication Data for: Rethinking Platform Urbanization from Latin American Cities: Theoretical Insights and Empirical Contributions of Regional Airbnb Research

The study combined bibliometric and content analysis to analyze references from Web of Science, Scopus, Latindex, Google Scholar and other sources about Airbnb urban scholarship in Latin America. Only articles on urbanism were selected, identified from searches that occurred between September 2022 and September 2025. The dataset is organized for processing on VOSviewer through bibliographic coupling by country and co-occurrence of terms by keywords. (2025-12-10)
