Nuclear matrix RNA sequencing of 5th instar posterior silk gland of Bombyx mori. Bombyx mori

Nuclear matrix plays an important role in gene regulation. The components of nuclear matrix are DNA, RNA and protein. The RNA component of nuclear matrix is not well studied. The silk protein fibroin is produced by the posterior silk gland. in the presence of fibroin synthesis, nuclear matrix RNA of 5th instar posterior silk gland was sequenced by illumina sequencing.
