Replication materials for Kabeer Bora, “Trade Exposure and the Persistence of Petty Production in Post-Liberalization India.” The package contains Python code, redistributable district- and industry-level aggregate data, crosswalks and concordances, generated tables and figures, captured outputs, a machine-readable exhibit registry, and validation manifests. The materials support the paper’s analysis of whether trade exposure affected the net prevalence, accumulation capacity, productivity, and measured subordination of own-account enterprises in post-liberalization India. Core mode runs using the data included in the deposit. Complete rebuilding from unit records requires the restricted or licensed external sources identified in the README; captured output from the canonical full run is included.Restricted NSS and ASUSE unit records, raw Economic Census establishment records, licensed CEPII BACI and OECD–WTO BaTIS data, and third-party replication archives are not redistributed.
