Tensile strength of polyethylene sheets refers to the stress at their maximum uniform plastic deformation, and is one of the key quality indicators. This dataset is developed based on the tensile strength test data of various polyethylene sheet models collected by the company's internal quality inspection department. By analyzing the deviation between the measured data and the product standard values, a rating index is calculated, which is then used to conduct quality ratings for each polyethylene sheet model to ensure product quality. The dataset construction includes three main parts: 1. Data Statistics: Collect and aggregate the measured tensile strength values of each polyethylene sheet model provided by the company's quality inspection department, and confirm the standard tensile strength values for polyethylene sheets. 2. Data Processing: For each polyethylene sheet model, compute the average tensile strength value based on the sampled measured data; then calculate the rating index of the model using the formula: (average tensile strength value - standard tensile strength value) / standard tensile strength value. Finally, assign a quality rating to the polyethylene sheet model according to the rating index, with the following rating criteria: - Rating A: rating index ≥ 0.3 - Rating B: 0.3 > rating index ≥ 0.15 - Rating C: 0.15 > rating index ≥ 0 - Rating D: rating index < 0 3. Data Application: The company can intuitively grasp the tensile strength quality of each product batch by using the ratings of the tensile strength of each polyethylene sheet model, thereby ensuring stable product quality.
