ASF-4 in vivo aging project

This project aimed to investigate the aging process in vivo using ASF-4 cells, which were established from tissue prepared from a single donor of different ages. We wanted to examine the gene expression patterns of these unique cells by RNA-seq to identify a set of genes that are expressed in an aging-dependent manner.
