To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on liver injury in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), we established a NASH model induced by atherosclerotic (Ath) diet and intervened with aerobic exercise training. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq for each group of mice. Mice in the NASH+exercise group started to exercise training for 8 weeks at the same time after 12 weeks of Ath diet. Mice in the NASH group were fed Ath diet for a total of 20 weeks. The mice in the control group were fed a normal diet.
