Base data for "High levels of genetic diversity in marginal populations of the marsh orchid Dactylorhiza majalis ssp. majalis" by Hedrén & Nordström Olofsson. The data set comprises (a) nuclear microsatellite genotype data (five loci, allele sizes given in base pairs), (b) plastid haplotype (number plus relative fragment sizes at 13 plastid VNTR, Variable Tandem Number of Repeat loci), and (c) estimated proportions of ITS repeat types (in per cent).
