Single-cell analyses of metastatic bone marrow in human neuroblastoma reveals microenvironmental remodeling and metastatic signature

To comprehensively elucidate the cellular composition of neuroblastoma bone metastatic and non-metastatic microenvironment. Bone marrow tissue from neuroblastoma patients were obtained from surgical room. We used 10× Geno- mics platform to profile single cell RNA sequencing, including 8 metastatic and 7 non-metastatic samples Human bone marrow tissue were disaggregated and profiled using the Chromium Single Cell 3’ Library and Gel Bead Kit v2 (10X Genomics) . ***Please note that the records have been updated with raw data files (except the 'NB34_Bone' sample) on Aug 5, 2024****
