Bulk RNA sequencing of human iPSC-derived microglia

We used human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived microglia to determine whether Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibition could attenuate differential gene expression induced by Fc receptor stimulation. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing was performed with human iPSC-derived microglia, treated with an IgG stimulus and/or an inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK).
