Purpose:To verify the quality of the retroviral proto-oncogene/HOX gene cDNA libraryMethod: PCR amplify the cDNA inserts from the plasmid mixture of the library plasmids, and also from the genomic DNA of the bone marrow cells transduced with corresponding library.Anaysis: Total pcr products were subjected to NGS anaysis of read frequency.
