For (A) the non-remdesivir stratum, characteristics of dexamethasone-treated patients and 3:1 PS matched non-dexamethasone-treated controls, after imputation. For (B) the remdesivir stratum, characteristics of dexamethasone-treated patients and 1:1 PS matched non-dexamethasone-treated controls, after imputation. Corresponds with S1 Table. For each laboratory value, the percentage which was imputed is included in S2 Table.
