Hybrid Mouse diversity Panel Liver Expression Profile

Novel, systems-based approach to mouse genetics. Expression Profiles from 99 strains of inbred and recombinant inbred mice. Most assayed in triplicate. Two of 288 chips were excluded from the final analysis due to low QC scores.本数据集采用基于系统生物学的新型小鼠遗传学研究方法，涵盖99个近交系与重组近交系小鼠的基因表达谱数据。多数检测样本均进行了三次重复实验。最终分析中，因质量控制（Quality Control，QC）评分较低，288张芯片中有2张被排除在最终分析之外。
