Expression data from murine liver after knocking out Cdkl3

We first found that Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Like 3 (CDKL3) plays an important role in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Using the Cre-Loxp system, we constructed the murine model with a liver-specific Cdkl3 deletion and then comprehensively evaluated the effects of liver Cdkl3 deficiency through high-throughput sequencing. Overall design: After knocking out Cdkl3 in the liver (C57BL/6), male mice (control and knockout group) were selected and fed with a chow diet for 10 months, followed by sequencing transcriptome profiling of whole livers.
