P. aeruginosa signal mute mutant response to C4-HSL gradient

This file contains several experiments with raw image timeseries data for growth and <i>rhlAB </i>gene expression in the signal mute double deletion mutant <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Delta <i>lasR </i>Delta <i>rhlR</i>. 3-oxo-C12-HSL was added to the plate media. A small volume of C4-HSL was added to a filter paper placed in the center of the petri dish agar. 48 hour timeseries included. Data for the manuscript used approximately the first 28 hours of the timeseries. Images were taken every 10 minutes.
