The bacterial cap is 3-10 (18) cm wide, with a hemispherical shape gradually forming an arc. The cap surface is not sticky, dry, and has short hairs. The cap surface is intact or has cracks. Tea brown, dark brown, liver brown, (darker black brown). The meat is 1-2cm thick, light yellow, olive yellow, or brownish. After injury, it turns blue and dirty brown. The mushroom meat tastes slightly sweet and has a mushroom aroma.
