Ice core profiles from lake ice in the McMurdo Dry Valleys

The McM_DV_Ice_Cores data set includes profiles of biological and geochemical parameters measured on ice cores collected from the permanent ice covers in the McMurdo Dry Valleys. Additionally, geochemical and biological parameters for samples collected from glaciers in the McMurdo Dry Valleys are also available. The following parameters are available for the ice core depth profiles: sediment dry weight, chlorophyll a, particulate organic matter, particulate organic nitrogen, particulate phosphorous, primary production, bacterial abundance, bacterial production, ammonium, nitrate, nitrite, soluble reactive phosphorous, Iron, Chloride, Bromide, Sulfate, Lithium, Sodium, Potassium,Magnesium, and Calcium.
