Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of sorted pancreatic cells from normal and tumor-bearing pancreas

We generated genetically engineered mouse models where the splanchnic mesenchyme descendents are labeled with tdTomato expression. We further combined the reporter system with genetic allels mutating Kras and p53 to obtain spontaneous pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma formation. Both normal and tumor-bearing pancreata were dissociated and sorted into major cell types based on cell-surface markers and tdTomato expression. Sorted cells were then undergone 10X single cell RNA sequencing. Single cell RNA sequencing of sorted normal and tumor-bearing mouse pancreata
