Apart from obtaining a `map' of industrial relations institutions, this survey was intended to permit the testing of a number of hypotheses on strike patterns, bargaining practices, and trade union organisation.<br><B>Main Topics</B>:<BR><br>The survey covers a range of trade union practices, with questions on bargaining structure, manpower practices and strike experience.
