Hypoxia associated genes identified by exon and 3′IVT arrays.

Genes identified as potentially induced under hypoxia, using exon and 3′IVT arrays, which are members of the HS genes and/or genes known to be hypoxia induced in the literature (Lit genes). The genes are sort by the pipeline track (Track 1 () and Track 2 ()) and array platform which identified them and their membership to the set of HS genes and the set of Lit genes.
