Datasets and Rscripts for : Multiomic Dissection of Movement and Neurocognitive Toxicity Following BCMA-Targeting CAR T Cell Therapy

Displayed are two R objects:The first object contains all cells recovered from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and peripheral blood (PBMCs) via single-cell RNA seqeuncing and TCR-sequencing of a patient with parkinsonism following CAR T cell therapy. The second object represents a subset of these data, specifically containing T cells identified from the combined CSF and PBMC samples. Additionally, two R scripts are provided: One script details the quality control, normalization, and integration steps performed on the datasets. The other script includes the code used to generate the plots for downstream analysis and visualization.
