The goal of this study is to explore the transcriptional mechanism of heat-tolerance in pyropia yezoensis induced by a new biostimulant, Sargassum horneri extract (SHE). The dataset includes four groups, control, SHE pretreatment, high temperature stress and SHE pretreatment + high temperature stress.
