A Multi-Microbiome Approach to Advance into the Assessment of Rayon Fibers Impact in Aquaculture Hosts and Environments

This bioproject encloses 87 amplicon-sequencing samples - 36 from gut; 36 from skin and 15 from water - from European sea bass organisms or surrounding milieu. The goal of the study was to study the modulation of microbiomes through the intake of 4 different aquafeeds with increasing concentrations of viscose rayon-fibers.
