Gut Microbes Metabolize Dietary Phytochemicals and Mediate their Biological Activities

In the present study, we identified strawberry-derived microbial metabolites, determined the impact of dietary composition in the production of metabolites, and assessed the association between gut microbes, strawberry metabolites, and vascular effects of dietary strawberries.
