This dataset consists of raw data generated from MTT assay and real-time cell analyzer (RTCA) for viability assessment of lung carcinoma cell lines after treating with phytochemical compounds. MTT assay absorbance data has been normalized against absorbance value from vehicle control and represented as percentage of viability. Data and graph from RTCA was generated by RTCA software 2.0. IC50 values were estimated by plotting sigmoidal dose-response curve with variable slope with RTCA software 2.0. Cytotoxic phytochemical compounds was further characterized for their inhibitory effect towards beta-catenin localization and this effect was enumerated by the positivity/negativity of immunofluorescence staining of beta-catenin in the nuclear compartment as marked by Hoechst 33342 staining generating the raw data in percentage of cell with positive nuclear beta-catenin. Three separate data were collected from each assay in three independent experiments.
