Replication data and code for: Are Gulf Cooperation Council economies decoupling growth from carbon emissions?

Data, R code and results for the article "Are Gulf Cooperation Council Economies Decoupling Growth from Carbon Emissions? Evidence and Implications for Energy Policy". The package contains a balanced panel of the six GCC economies for 1990–2021 (World Bank World Development Indicators; primary energy from the Energy Institute and the US Energy Information Administration, as compiled by Our World in Data), a codebook, and one R script (code/run_all.R) that reproduces every table and reported result and checks each against the value printed in the article. A reference run is included: an Excel workbook of all results, CSV copies, the log and the session information (R 4.3.3; 568 of 568 checks passed). Start with README.md.
