Dataset: Surface Electromyography as a Non-Invasive Method for Detecting Stress-Induced Changes in Gastrointestinal Motility in Pigs

This dataset contains raw and processed surface electromyography recordings of gastric, small intestinal, and colonic activity in conscious, freely moving pigs under control and ACTH-induced stress conditions. Data were collected using non-invasive surface electrodes and analyzed using frequency-based methods as described in the associated publication. In addition, the dataset includes corresponding cortisol measurements obtained under the same experimental conditions, enabling integrated analysis of electrophysiological and endocrine stress responses.
