Transcriptional characterization of CD5lo and CD5hi naïve CD4 T cells at homeostasis and upon deprivation of self-pMHC interactions. Bulk RNA-seq profiling of FACS-sorted primary CD5lo and CD5hi naïve CD4 T cells and Foxp3+ Tregs. At homeostasis (CD5lo, CD5hi, and Treg) and 22hr after removing self-pMHC interactions (CD5lo and CD5hi). 4 biological replicates were analyzed for each of the Foxp3+ Tregs, fresh CD5lo and CD5hi, and rested CD5lo and CD5hi naïve CD4 T cell subsets.
