This is the supporting data for my PhD thesis "Role of Dual-Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation-regulated Kinase 1A (DYRK1A) in Double-Strand Break (DSB) Mobility and Repair". <br> Faithful DSB repair requires DSB mobilization and clustering for efficient repair. While emerging evidence has unveiled nuclear actin filaments (F-actin) directs DSB movements for repair, the underlying mechanism that controls such mobility remains to be explored. In this study, the DYRK1A-Spir1 axis is revealed as one of the molecular determinants to promote DSB repair by assisting local F-actin formation and DSB mobilization. <br> Apart from the figures used in this thesis, the supporting data folder also contains raw data of this study. The raw data uploaded consists of four categories: uncropped images of Western blots, full-range timelapse images of laser microirradiation experiments, representative videos of live cell imaging for DSB foci tracking experiments, as well as the associated quantifications.
