The rat lncRNA microarray analysis of the 8 samples from control and NNK treatment group

In order to assess the alteration in lncRNA expression in rat lung carcinogenesis induced by NNK, we determined the lncRNA expression profiles in 3 rat lung tumor samples and matched normal lung tissues and 2 blood samples from the control and NNK treatment group in the 95th week using Arraystar Rat lncRNA Microarray.为评估NNK（4-(甲基亚硝胺基)-1-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮）诱导大鼠肺癌发生过程中长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）的表达变化，本研究于第95周时，采用Arraystar大鼠长链非编码RNA微阵列（Arraystar Rat lncRNA Microarray），对3份大鼠肺肿瘤样本及其配对正常肺组织，以及对照组与NNK处理组的2份血液样本的lncRNA表达谱进行了检测。
