资源简介:
This data set consists of fully anonymised Conceptual Social Knowledge Differentiation (CSKD) task data in participants with current depression and control participants, as described in the paper "Cognitive mechanisms of overgeneral thinking in depression: the role of social concepts". The CSKD task probes so-called differentiated conceptual knowledge, i.e. how distinctively participants perceive the meaning of social concepts when appraising social actions. The Excel file CSKD_currentMDD_datasharing has two sheets:Item-by-item response to the CSKD by participantSummary CSKD measures, basic anonymised clinical and demographic descriptorsThe Word file CSKD_currentMDD_dataspecification_v1 outlines the variable names, what was measured and how it was scored. The R scripts allow for:processing.R: processing of the CSKD task Excel data in a format suitable to compute network measuresanalysis.R: to compute network measures as reported in the paperNB: Please note that CSKD_conditions.xlsx is a dependency for the processing.R script, containing the list of conditions as presented in the CSKD task. The data are pooled from three previously described studies: the Antidepressant Advisor Study (ADeSS; Fennema et al. 2023 NeuroImage:Clinical), Virtual Reality (VR; Duan et al. 2023 J Psychiatric Res) and Neurofeedback in Depression (NeuroMooD; Jaeckle et al. 2023 Psych Med).
