Mating Data

This file contains the results of mate choice trials in Saccharomyces paradoxus strains from three different populations/groups. Each mating trial contained two spores from one strain (the chooser strain) and one spore from another strain (the option strain). If the two spores from one strain mated, it was classified as inbreeding; if two spores from different strains mated, it was classified as outcrossing. The data are in columns with the following headers: Chooser Group; Option Group; Chooser Strain; Option Strain; Number of Outcrossing; Number of Inbreeding; Total Trials.
